Start with one client.
Create a client record, save one important note and schedule the next session. Try the workflow before moving your entire client base.
Free plan. No payment card. Your client does not need an account for you to create their record.
From your account to the next session
Choose one person you already coach. Add the rest of your clients and settings gradually.
Create a trainer account and Profile
Register an account for Studio. Start on Free and enter the details needed to create your Profile. You do not have to complete your public offer or move all your clients at once.
Ready when: you can open your own client database in Studio.
Add your first client
Create their record without waiting for them to register. You can keep private notes, measurements and sessions first. Enter only the information you need for your work together.
Ready when: the individual client record is saved and available in your database.
Save a note for the next session
Add a private note, such as the client's goal or a topic to discuss. A trainer's private note is not a message to the client. You can add more goals and measurements as you continue working.
Ready when: your note is still there when you reopen the record.
Schedule the next session
Add an event to your calendar and link it to the client. You set the time; clients do not book open slots themselves. Review their record and your note before you meet.
Ready when: the session is in your calendar and links to the correct client.
Connect an account when you want to work together
A client record and a client account are separate. Send an invitation from your Profile context and follow the next steps with your client. Sending a message does not mean their account is connected. Check the connection status in their record.
Once connected, share a recommendation or a published plan. Ask your client to open it in their FitLink and record a first result. This does not have to delay your first work with their record, a note and the calendar.
Move a few records before moving your whole database
Start with 3–5 clients. CSV import covers basic details: first name, last name, email, phone and status. It does not restore the full training history or all data from another app.
- Check which data your current tool can export.
- Tell us the source and number of records, without sending your clients' personal information.
- Agree the scope of support and a secure way to transfer the file with our team, then check the first imported records.
Your message is a request to discuss support. The team confirms scope, timing and any cost before work begins.
No email app? Open the contact page (PL)Run a studio? Try one week of real work
Propose a small pilot with one trainer, a few clients and real sessions. Agree a contact person, scope and success criteria before starting.
- The trainer finds previous notes before a session and updates them afterwards.
- Scheduled sessions link to the correct client records.
- If you test online coaching, a client opens shared material and records a result.
- After a week, review usefulness and choose the next scope and a suitable plan.
Submitting a request does not activate a paid plan or guarantee a pilot date. Agree the terms before you start.

Check current Free limits. For a larger database or team workflows, compare plans and choose the features you actually use. Listed prices cover the entire selected billing period; a subscription does not mean unlimited AI operations or notifications.
AI generation and additional operations may use FitPoints. Check the operation price and your balance before use. Confirm purchase terms in the app.
Compare plans and costsBefore your paid plan ends
Check the access end date, Free limits and which data you can continue editing. Ending a plan and deleting an account are separate actions. If you exceed the limits, agree next steps with support before your paid access ends.
Check export availability for your Profile and the file's completeness report. Export and import can have different scopes and formats: downloading a file does not guarantee that a full history can be restored in another system. Agree a larger migration before switching tools.
Open one client record at your next session.
If you find previous notes and plan the next session more easily, you have a reason to move your next clients.
